Not everyone is looking for an easy, quick and fast dinner. Some would rather spend a little more time preparing a scrumptious meal and wait for it to cook. And sometimes, we just don’t have the time to dedicate ourselves to a perfect meal.
That’s what the air fryer does! It cooks food fast and then you can take it out of the oven, leave it to cool off and get on with your day.

I personally use the temperature of 350f and I love how juicy and moist my chicken comes out. Sometimes we like to eat it with dinner and other times we serve them with our favourite dishes as appetisers.
What Size Air Fryer Do I Need?
You will want to get a high-quality air fryer, since you will be cooking a lot of food. A good size would be one that accommodates at least 4 chicken breasts or a 12-14 piece of thighs. Depending on the quality and brand of your air fryer, you may need to make adjustments after frying a few pieces. If your air fryer is less than six months old then there is a good chance that it is underpowered.
I recommend getting one that has over 1,000 watts of power. Anything lower than that is going to produce inconsistent results. The best part about buying a high-quality air fryer is that they are built to last and can withstand daily use.
How To Make Fried Chicken In The Air Fryer –
This recipe is extremely easy and you will definitely impress your family and friends. Here are the steps:
Perfect Air Fryer Fried Chicken –
Prep Time: 20 minutes, Cook Time: 20 minutes, Yield: 2 servings
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon paprika, divided
2 lbs. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
1/4 cup ice water
2 cups corn flakes cereal
4 large bone-in, skin on chicken breasts
4 tablespoons of Better than Bouillon chicken bouillon powder (it adds more flavor than salt)
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
Step 1: Cut the Chicken into the Same Portions. Cut each breast into 4 pieces. The tip, the two sides, and the middle piece.
Step 2: Season the Chicken Pieces. Put the pieces in a bowl. Add the bouillon, cayenne pepper and salt and mix it all up so you get an even coating on each piece of chicken.
Step 3: Coat the Chicken with Bread Crumbs (Fryer). Set aside for now.
Step 4: Add Oil to Your Air Fryer and Heat it up to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit. Start by spraying your air fryer basket with cooking spray. Then add your coated chicken pieces. Cook for about 12 minutes, or until it’s done.
Once the chicken is done, take a spatula and transfer them from the fryer basket to a plate that has been covered with paper towels. Cover the plate with another layer of paper towels (to absorb all the excess fat). Finally, put another plate on top of it and put some heavy items on top to press out all the excess fat. The chicken will still be very juicy because most of the fat is going to stay at the bottom of your air fryer.
