1. Mango Lassie 1 cup mango cubes (frozen or fresh)
2. Lime juice to taste (about 2 Tablespoons)

How to Make Lassie
It is easy to make this drink. Just follow these steps.
1) Take the frozen mango cubes and break them up with a spoon into a tall glass. You can use fresh mango instead if you like, but frozen tastes better and gives the drink a cooler temperature.
2) Add 2 Tablespoons of lime juice to the glass and stir well.
3) Pour half of the ice cubes out of your glass to make room for the water, then add all of the remaining ingredients (mango, lime juice, water).
4) Use a blender or a shaker cup to blend the ingredients until the ice cubes are crushed and the Mango Lassie is smooth.
Use a straw to drink Mango Lassie.

This recipe makes enough Mango Lassie for 1 person. If you’re making more, just double, triple, or quadruple the recipe as needed.

I recommend storing Mango Lassie in the refrigerator. It will keep in this way for about 2 days.
If you’re not eating right away, you can store Mango Lassie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
